How to Travel Like a Pro

I've done my share of travelling in my short 18 years of being alive. My first flight was when I was 4 weeks old and I've been flying pretty regularly ever since. Things have changed in terms of travel in the last 18 years and from my personal experience, I've learned what to do and what not to do when it comes to travelling, especially when it comes to long haul 6+ hour flights/ journey's. Carry- On When it comes to a carry on, I like to keep it nice and light. There's nothing worse than lugging around a bunch of heavy giant bags when you're navigating around airports and trying to board a plane. What's in My Gym Bag?

This has been a highly requested post on what I bring to the gym with me! I may not use all of the products below every time I go but I have used them all at one stage or another! Sometimes, post workout, I'll go to the pool so a lot of the products are for showering and after showering at the gym!  First things first, bag! Now, I'm completely loyal to all things Nike and this is to be honest, the PERFECT size bag! It seems a little big but I can fit all of my gym gear, towel, and a complete outfit for after the gym. It's called the  Brasilia Small Duffel Bag  which I purchased at JD Sports for €30 which I find quite reasonable for a Nike product and for one of its size! It's got two pockets at the side. One is the size as you can see and the other actually has a bigger pocket so it extends into the main body of the bag.
